Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped/dispatched. Due to the potential in delays from COVID 19 some shipments may take longer than predicted due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@belowbody.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return & Warranty Policy
At Below Body, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless the product is found to be faulty or under warranty. All sales of consumables are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns for Purchases Made at Below Body
Purchases made directly through our website, www.belowbody.com, may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns do not include the cost of shipping and will be processed as a credit note.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product is found unsuitable after use. We encourage you to choose carefully and consult a healthcare professional to ensure the product is right for you before purchase.
If a gift card was used for the purchase, any eligible refund will be issued as a gift card.
How to Request a Return
All returns are subject to approval. To request a return, please email our customer service team at support@belowbody.com within 30 days of purchase, including proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back for reviewing.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase (unless faulty)
What if My Product is Defective?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@belowbody.com so we can make things right.
Defective products are covered under warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and design but does not include damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or unauthorized repairs. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in a replacement of the entire product.
If your product requires replacement, it may be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation. Please note, replacement products may differ slightly due to ongoing improvements.
After one year from the original purchase date, we are not obligated to replace products unless they are found to be faulty.
How to Request a Replacement for a Faulty Product
To request a replacement under your warranty, email us at support@belowbody.com with proof of purchase and a video showing the defect. We will then assist you in the return process.
What if I Bought My Product from Another Store?
If you purchased your product from another retailer, their return policy applies. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
However, defective products purchased through third-party retailers are still covered under our one (1)-year warranty with proof of purchase. To initiate a replacement, contact us at support@belowbody.com with your receipt and a video of the defective item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
